I have loved baking since I was four years old. The first thing I remember making that I couldn’t wait to show everyone which was a pig cake, I even made a 3D nose by sculpting it. That was when I decided I wanted to be a baker.

From there the passion grew, I was home-schooled almost my whole life, so I had a lot of chances to bake at home after my schoolwork. Then at 15 I learned to start professionally baking for my first job. I took classes through school, went to summer camps, and watching videos any chance I got. Really anything I could get my hands I loved trying to create.

Even after all the years cakes is still one of my favorite things to make but I also love getting to expand my skills and learn more from every pastry.
